Your order will be shipped to the shipping address exactly as you type it on the order form. Please make sure that you type in the correct shipping address, including company name, suite number or apartment number if applicable. If, after the order ships, a change or addition needs to be made to the shipping address or the order is re-routed to a different address, the customer will be charged a $10.00 fee. If the package is returned as "Undeliverable" or "Incorrect Address", we will credit for the shoes, less the shipping charge if expedited shipping is used, or less $7.00 if ground shipping is used.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are shipped from the manufacturers' warehouses. Dyeables are shipped from Maine, and Coloriffics and Sizzle are shipped from New York. Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days from when your order is placed. (Please note: Estimated time of shipment refers to when the order is shipped, not received). If we find that an item or size that you order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can decide whether to wait until it is in stock, make a substitution, or cancel your order. Any order containing one or more backordered items will be shipped in full when the backordered items come in. We are sorry, but we cannot accept international credit cards or ship outside of the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii. Also, we are committed to quickly processing and shipping your order. Due to that commitment, we are often unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. We will do our best to assist you if there are problems with your order, but we can make no guarantees.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND METHODS

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturers' warehouses in Maine or Florida. We offer free ground shipping for any size order shipped in the 48 contiguous states. We offer 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipping options for orders shipped in the 48 contiguous states only. The shipping charge for 2nd Day Air shipping is $15.00 for one or two items or $25.00 for three or more items. The shipping charge for Overnight shipping is $30.00 for one or two items or $60.00 for three or more items. If an expedited shipping method is chosen, the order will still be shipped in 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Please be aware that there is no pickup or delivery for Overnight or Two-Day Shipping on weekends and holidays. The number of days in transit are Business Days, which excludes weekends and holidays. When you select Overnight or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. We charge $30.00 for Ground shipping of 1 or 2 items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, and $60.00 for Ground shipping of 3 or more items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and we do not offer 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping to those states. It can take up to 10 business days for an order to be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii once it is shipped. We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to a California address. We cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed by UPS due to address problems, no one available to sign for the package, adverse weather, or other delays beyond UPS's control.
We charge a $6.00 per item restocking fee for returns or exchanges.

Please provide a street address for shipping, as the carrier cannot deliver to a PO Box. If the shipping address on your order is a post office box, we will send you an email requesting a street shipping address, and this will delay the shipment of your order. If after the order ships a change or addition needs to be made to your shipping address or the package needs to be re-routed to a different address, there will be an additional $10.00 re-routing fee added to your credit card. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will charge your credit card $10.00 for the cost of re-shipping the order. Orders normally require a signature for delivery (unless the carrier has a signature waiver on file). We recommend that you provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If you would like your package left without a signature, the language "Leave without a signature" or "Signature is waived" must be specifically stated in the "Comment" section of the order form, and an instruction of "Leave outside if no one is home", or something of that nature, is not sufficient. If the language "Leave without a signature" or "Signature is waived" is not specifically stated in the "Comment" section of the order form, we will not put that instruction on the shipping label. If you request that your package be left without a signature, please note that if we instruct the carrier to do so, neither we nor the carrier will be responsible if the package is delivered and subsequently lost, damaged, or stolen.
WE CANNOT GIVE THE CARRIER A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY OR A SPECIFIC LOCATION FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO BE LEFT. IF YOU NEED THE PACKAGE LEFT IN A SPECIFIC LOCATION, YOU MUST LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE CARRIER AS TO WHERE YOU WANT THE PACKAGE LEFT. There is no way for us to specify on the shipping label a delivery time or a specific location for the driver to leave the package.
Occasionally, an error is made in the shipping department, and an incorrect item is shipped. In such case, please call us at 888-434-4488 to inform us of the error. We will have the correct item shipped to you, and we will request that you return the incorrect item to us by Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation or UPS Ground. In such case, we will reimburse to your credit card the amount of your return postage. Any further postage cost, such as insurance or a return request, will not be reimbursed. If you choose to return the incorrect item to us by a quicker method, we will only credit your card up to $6.00. If an incorrect item is shipped, we will only reimburse the return shipping as stated above if we have the same style, size and color from your original order shipped. If you want a different style, size or color than what was originally ordered, please return the item in accordance with our "Return/Exchange" Policy.
We cannot be responsible if orders are delayed by the carrier due to weather conditions. The carrier will attempt to deliver a package 3 times, and will leave a note for the customer if there is no one there to sign for it. If no one can be reached for a signature by the 3rd attempt, the package will be returned to the shipper. In such case, we will credit the credit card used for the purchase for the returned items, less a $6.00 per item restocking fee. If any item(s) are returned in accordance with our Return/Exchange policy, we will credit the credit card used for the original purchase for the returned items, less a $6.00 per item restocking fee, and we will not credit any expedited shipping charges. PLEASE DO NOT ship any items back to the manufacturers' warehouse. All returns and exchanges must be returned to Dyeablesshoes.com in Woodland Hills, CA. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address exactly as you type it on the order form. If the order is being shipped to a business or "care of" a business or individual, this must be typed in the shipping address. Any apartment or suite number and/or company name must be typed in the shipping address by the customer. Any information in the "Comments" area of the order form concerning the shipping address will not be included on the shipping label.

Please try on shoes only on carpeted surfaces, and while wearing peds or hose. DO NOT walk on a non-carpeted area until you are sure that you will not be returning or exchanging the item. Items that are dirty, have scratches or dirt on the sole or toe marks on the inside of the shoe will NOT be accepted for return or exchange, and will be returned to the customer. The shipping charges for the return will be billed to the customer.

The letters AA, B, D and EE after the shoe size indicate width. AA is narrow width, B is medium width, D is wide width and EE is extra wide width.

LUXE
Slight sheen (not as vibrant as satin). Looks great with crepe or other low shine fabrics. Our most popular fabric.
SATIN
The best choice for dying to a deep color or if your gown is very high gloss
ULTRA SATIN
Great for use with both matted and dull satin dresses. Has a low gloss appearance similar to "Silk Satin"
SILK SATIN
Our top quality fabric. It is made in Italy and is standard on all of our Platinum Collection shoes.
All of these fabrics are easily dyeable if you wish to do so. We do not offer to custom dye them for you since getting the correct color may be tricky. We suggest that you take your Dyeable shoes to a reputable local shoe repair store in your area which offers this service.
