We accept credit and debit cards from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for payment. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

We offer free ground shipping (continental US) for any size order. We charge a $6.00 per item (pair of shoes or handbag) restocking fee for any return or exchange.

Some of the shoes we offer come in different widths. The letter after the number on the size designates the width. AA width is narrow, B width is medium, D width is wide, and EE is extra wide.

All of the fabrics of the shoes we offer in white are easily dyeable if you wish to do so. (Any item that is non-dyeable will say so in the description). Shoes that are offered in silver, gold, black bronze, or any other color are NOT dyeable. We do not offer to dye the shoes for you since getting the correct color may be tricky. We suggest that you take your Dyeables shoes to a reputable local shoe repair store in your area which offers this service. All items are accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt if unworn, clean, unscuffed, do not have toe marks, and are in the original box.
